Let’s just speak on truth for a minute, ok? No smoke blowing, just some trustworthy facts!
Giving yourself to God and having faith is, in all reality, a fairly simple decision. Now, I suppose I could’ve said that same thing for the other side not too long ago! But, this is one decision that has some pretty life-changing results, which leads to eternity with Him.

I mean, consider the other option! Even if you’re just a little unsure, isn’t it better to find out more, and lean on the side with a much better ending? I’ll answer that for you. Yes, it is!
And if you have children, you must at least give them this opportunity to decide what they believe. It’s a matter of life or death! You’re doing them a disservice to wait even one more day.
There was a time that I said I’d never take my two young daughters (at the time) around the church. I believed that they only had the desire to fill their heads with fear, about the devil and sins.
Now, while that may be true of some churches unfortunately, an honest-to-God Christian church actually only wants to tell them about love and how they’ve been chosen by a King to do great things! Of course hell is real, because if it wasn’t, then heaven wouldn’t be either. But that’s not the goal of a faithful body of Christ..to scare your kids into believing.
It’s what I had told myself was going to happen, because it’s what I had been led to believe in my own years of growing up! God wants nothing but blessings spread over us and our families. It’s who He is! Find out for yourself.
‘Now then, please swear to me by the Lord that you’ll show kindness to my family, because I’ve shown it to you. Give me a sure sign that you’ll spare the lives of my father and mother, my brothers and sisters, and all who belong to them.. and that you’ll save us from death.’
‘Our lives for your lives!’ the men assured her. ‘If you don’t tell what we’re doing, we’ll treat you kindly and faithfully when the Lord gives us the land.’ Joshua 2:12-14
